So we have 8 days until the scheduled date that our little Connor will arrive. He might make an appearance before that, but I am doubtful. We have a few things to get ready this weekend, but for the most part, we are ready for the little guy!!! I know my body is so ready. I have never been a fan of the end of pregnancy to say the least I want my body back!

We have a busy weekend planned so time should continue to fly by, and it will be next Friday before we know it. We are having a very small family gathering on Sunday to celebrate Kiley’s 2nd Birthday here at our house. There is just way too much going on this year to have a big party for her, and I don’t think that she will remember when she gets older that we didn’t have that big party for her. It will be fun to have everyone here to celebrate and to make it special for her before the baby arrives.

The girls are very excited about meeting their little brother, but I don’t think Kiley has any idea what she is in for. Unfortunately, as of now, the girls still won’t be allowed into the hospital when we are there, so they won’t get to see Connor until we get home. I think it will be the hardest thing for me to not see them for that long and for them to not be a part of the whole experience. I have been very upset about this, but I don’t think there is anything we can do at this point. They are not allowing any children in the hospital AT ALL until cold and flu season is over. Seems ridiculous to me, but what can you do.

Well I hope you all can come see little Connor when he finally gets here! We are so excited to have him here to complete our family! I just can’t wait to see his little face! I still haven’t quite figured out what I am going to do with a boy, but I am sure we will figure it out! Thank you to all of you for your support! And especially a big thank you to our family that is all helping out with the girls while we are in the hospital!
